Jones Bones BBQ, family owned and operated, established in 2013, but our recipe goes back more than 50 years. Our unique flavor originated in Johnson City, Tennessee, by the late Mabel “Grandma” Jones. As a youngster I spent many hours in the kitchen and on the pit with Grandma. We cook one way, the way Grandma taught me. Nothing ever changes, consistency is key!
